Subscription Management
This guide covers how to manage your StockWise subscription.
Viewing Subscription Status
In StockWise
Navigate to Pricing to see:
- Current subscription status
- Plan details
- Next billing date
In Shopify
Check Settings > Billing in your Shopify admin to see all app charges.
Subscription States
Trial
- Free access to all features
- Limited time period
- No credit card required
Active
- Full paid subscription
- All features unlocked
- Billed every 30 days
Expired
- Trial ended without subscribing
- Limited functionality
- Subscribe to restore access
Starting a Subscription
From Trial
- Open StockWise
- Navigate to Pricing
- Click Subscribe
- Approve the charge in Shopify
After Cancellation
If you previously cancelled:
- Reinstall the app
- Complete onboarding
- Subscribe from the Pricing page
Cancelling Your Subscription
How to Cancel
- Go to Apps in Shopify admin
- Find StockWise
- Click ... menu
- Select Uninstall
What Happens
- Billing stops immediately
- Access continues until period ends
- All data deleted after uninstall

Billing Questions
Where do charges appear?
On your Shopify invoice under app charges.
When am I billed?
Every 30 days from your subscription start date.
How do I update payment method?
Update your Shopify payment method. StockWise uses Shopify billing.
What if payment fails?
Shopify handles payment retries. If persistent, update your payment method in Shopify.
Reactivating After Cancellation
If you cancelled and want to return:
- Reinstall StockWise from Shopify App Store
- Complete onboarding again
- Subscribe from Pricing page
Note: Previous data is not recovered after uninstall.
Common Issues
Subscription not showing as active
- Refresh the app
- Wait a few minutes for sync
- Contact support if persists
Charged unexpectedly
Review your billing history in Shopify. Contact support if discrepancy found.
Need to pause subscription
We don't offer pause. Consider:
- Complete current period
- Uninstall when ready
- Reinstall when needed
Getting Help
For billing issues:
- Contact support
- Include your store name
- Describe the issue clearly
