Creating a Notification

Access Notifications

Navigate to Notifications from the app menu.

Click the Add notification button to open the creation form.

  • Monday + Thursday (twice weekly)

Troubleshooting

Checklist:

  • Notification status is "Active"
  • Recipient email is correct
  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Scheduled time has passed
  • Time zone is correct

Solutions:

  1. Verify email address spelling
  2. Add sender to safe senders list
  3. Check notification settings

Causes:

  • Wrong time zone in App Settings
