Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- An active Shopify store
- At least 30 days of order history (recommended)
- Admin access to your Shopify store
Setup Steps
From the Shopify App Store
- Visit the Shopify App Store
- Search for "StockWise"
- Click Add app
- Review permissions and click Install app
StockWise requires read access to your products, inventory, and orders to generate accurate forecasts.
Confirm Your Store Details
After installation, the onboarding wizard verifies your connection:

Key Metrics Explained

Suggested quantity to purchase based on your settings and consumption rate.
Troubleshooting
Running into issues? Here are quick fixes for common problems.
Large catalogs may take longer. If sync exceeds 15 minutes:
- Refresh the page
- Wait a few more minutes
- Contact support if still stuck
This usually means insufficient order history. StockWise needs at least 14 days of sales data for meaningful predictions.
StockWise only tracks products with inventory tracking enabled in Shopify. Check your product settings in Shopify admin.
