Reviewing Your Information

Store Name and Domain

These are pulled directly from Shopify and confirm you're connected to the correct store.

Email Address

This email will receive:

  • Notification alerts
  • System updates
  • Support communications

Update it if needed to ensure alerts reach the right person.

Time Zone

Your time zone affects:

  • When notifications are sent
  • How dates appear in reports
  • Daily calculation cutoff times

Ensure this matches your business operations timezone.

Currency

Displayed for reference. Used in financial calculations throughout the app.

Making Changes

During Onboarding

You can update email and time zone directly in the verification step.

After Onboarding

Go to App Settings to modify these values later.

Troubleshooting

Wrong store connected

If you see a different store than expected:

  1. Uninstall the app
  2. Log into the correct Shopify store
  3. Reinstall from that store's admin

Can't update email

The email field should be editable. If you encounter issues:

  1. Try refreshing the page
  2. Contact support if the problem persists

Time zone not listed

StockWise supports all standard time zones. If yours isn't showing:

  1. Check for similar alternatives (e.g., city names)
  2. Contact support for assistance
