App Loading Issues

App won't load

Symptoms: Blank screen, loading forever, error message

Solutions:

  1. Refresh the browser page
  2. Clear browser cache
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Check internet connection
  5. Try again in a few minutes

App is slow

Possible causes:

  • Large catalog size
  • Slow internet connection
  • High server load

Solutions:

  1. Wait for initial data load to complete
  2. Check your internet speed
  3. Try during off-peak hours

Data Issues

Products not showing

Possible causes:

  • Inventory tracking not enabled
  • Recently added products
  • Products are archived

Solutions:

  1. Enable inventory tracking in Shopify
  2. Wait for next data sync
  3. Check product status in Shopify

Wrong inventory numbers

Possible causes:

  • Shopify inventory not updated
  • Sync hasn't completed
  • Multiple locations

Solutions:

  1. Verify inventory in Shopify admin
  2. Wait for sync to complete
  3. Check location settings

Missing order history

Possible causes:

  • Orders outside sync date range
  • Order status not completed
  • Recent orders not synced

Solutions:

  1. Check Order Sync Days setting
  2. Verify orders are completed
  3. Wait for next sync cycle

Notification Issues

Not receiving emails

Check list:

  1. ✅ Notification status is "Active"
  2. ✅ Recipient email is correct
  3. ✅ Check spam/junk folder
  4. ✅ Scheduled time has passed

Solutions:

  1. Verify email address spelling
  2. Add sender to safe senders
  3. Check notification settings

Emails at wrong time

Possible causes:

  • Wrong time zone setting
  • Incorrect alert time selected

Solutions:

  1. Check time zone in App Settings
  2. Verify alert time configuration

Forecast Issues

Forecasts showing zero

Possible causes:

  • No recent sales history
  • New product
  • Insufficient data

Solutions:

  1. Wait for sales data to accumulate
  2. Check product has order history
  3. Minimum 14 days data needed

Inaccurate forecasts

Possible causes:

  • Limited history
  • Unusual sales patterns
  • Recent promotions

Solutions:

  1. Allow more time for data collection
  2. Review after 30+ days of history
  3. Adjust safety stock for protection

Status Issues

Wrong inventory status

Possible causes:

  • Threshold settings
  • Inventory sync delay
  • Consumption rate changes

Solutions:

  1. Review threshold settings
  2. Wait for sync update
  3. Adjust safety stock/overstock days

Stuck in "Replenishing"

Cause: Forgot to mark as received

Solution: Click "Mark as received" in variant detail

Settings Issues

Changes not saving

Possible causes:

  • Validation errors
  • Network issues
  • Session timeout

Solutions:

  1. Check for error messages
  2. Fix validation issues
  3. Refresh and try again

Per-product settings not working

Possible causes:

  • Didn't save changes
  • Wrong variant selected
