App won't load

- Slow internet connection
- High server load
Solutions:

Data Issues
Products not showing

- Inventory tracking not enabled
- Recently added products
- Products are archived
Solutions:
- Enable inventory tracking in Shopify

- Check product status in Shopify
Wrong inventory numbers
Possible causes:
- Shopify inventory not updated
- Sync hasn't completed
- Multiple locations

Missing order history

- Orders outside sync date range
- Order status not completed

- Check Order Sync Days setting
- Verify orders are completed

Notification Issues
Not receiving emails

- ✅ Notification status is "Active"
- ✅ Recipient email is correct
- ✅ Check spam/junk folder
- ✅ Scheduled time has passed

- Verify email address spelling
- Add sender to safe senders
- Check notification settings
Emails at wrong time

Forecast Issues
